・How to plac an order?
Order 6-10 days before the event. You can write to your preferred messenger: date, type of dessert, flavor, send the desired design or describe in detail the color, inscription, drawing. If necessary, we can provide design options for selection. If the date you need is free, we will continue to discuss the details
・What is the shelf life of the products?
All desserts must be stored in the refrigerator! The shelf life is 3 days (72 hours) A balcony or cold room is not suitable for this purpose. Desserts should not be left out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. If stored incorrectly, the confectionery is not responsible for the desserts.
・Order cancellation
If you cancel your order less than 3 days before the event, the prepayment is not refunded. The order can be rescheduled for another available date.
・ Is prepayment required when placing an order?
The order is accepted for processing upon 100% payment. If the order amount is over $100, the reservation can be paid in the amount of 50%. Payment by E tansfer Email: ANASTASYA.BRENER@GMAIL.COM After payment, the order is considered accepted and the date is assigned to you. If the prepayment was not made within 24 hours, the reservation is canceled even if we discussed all the details. If you do not pay immediately, check if the date is available.
