Kranch Croustillant Banana&Caramel
Banana biscuit cake – rich, soft and indulgent, layered with textures and flavors that create the perfect bite. A soft banana-flavored base, topped with fresh banana slices over salted caramel that adds a precise balance between sweet and salty. Between the layers is a crispy crumble with coconut flakes coated in rich Swiss chocolate, delivering a surprising crunch in every bite. It is finished with a delicate, velvety cream cheese layer that gently balances the sweetness, creating a perfectly harmonious, addictive, and unforgettable dessert.

Pick a cake from the menu, or tell us the date, the type of dessert and the flavour you'd like.
Share your design
Send a reference photo or describe the colours, inscription and drawing — we can suggest design options too.
Confirm your date
We confirm by message. Pay by e-transfer to reserve; orders over $100 can be held with a 50% deposit.

From a mother's kitchen to your celebration
It began after the birth of my eldest daughter — I wanted her to grow up with the smells of home baking. Years of practice and master classes later, that hobby became Anastasya Cakes.
